Compilation of tracks by The Unseen Chiefs -- Malik Diamond and DJ Innalect -- from the pre-covid-apocalypse era of 2010 - 2020. Includes tracks from the MD albums "Temple of DZA," "Black Sun Red Moon," and "Spider on the Wall."

When they first teamed up in 2010, MD had just returned to the Bay after years in the L.A. underground scene, and Innalect was fresh out of high school with a computer full of beats.

Over the next 10 years they melted many faces, but there remains no physical evidence from most of their live shows, because the Chiefs' Protocols were in effect: NO PHOTOS/VIDEOS/PHONES ALLOWED. These jams existed as direct experience, and you had to be there to catch the funk blast.

For all those who missed out, and all those who want a reminder, this album is a snapshot of that era -- a sonic record of the energy the Chiefs bring.
